I thought I would update this to start 2015 with a bang.

You are now entering the world of a die-hard foodie that has 101 allergies and food intolerance. It makes cooking a challenge, but seeing as it is a passion of mine, I make the best of it, and usually end up with pretty awesome results!
On this blog, you’ll find a majority of vegetarian/vegan recipes (I’m a part-time vegetarian, seeing as buying meats and fish while living on my own is too expensive, I wait until I’m back home for the holidays), and all of them are gluten-free, and full of fun. My step-dad likes to call my cooking fun-free…but I can 100% guarantee you that it’s not the case!
Being a student, groceries do get expensive, so I try to make recipes that will fit in a typical budget, but please do keep in mind that when you suffer from multiple allergies and food intolerance, things can get a tad expensive (I should know!), but I try to make sure that I stick to my budget!
Hopefully this well be helpful for you, and inspire you to try new things out!
